   Dear FACSS members,

This afternoon at the Tony Diggs Excellence Awards Reception, Friendship
Association of Chinese Students and Scholors(FACSS) was just recognized as the
"Outstanding Organization of the Year 2006" due to our significant success and
contribution to the campus community in the year of 2006.Today only two student
groups out of 20 groups got this award. This is the first time FACSS received
such an award at the U. Therefore please come to our annual election tomorrow
to celebrate this significant award. Chinese meal will be served at Moos Tower
2-520, 5:30pm-7:30pm.
