   Hi, there is one room sublease. From today to end of Sep. You can extend the date to live there. The pay can be weekly or monthly. In the Sep, weekly is 100$. From Oct. weekly 125$.
The room owner is officially admitted by U of M, you can also find the info. from http://www.housing.umn.edu/offcampus/temp.shtml#rooms_mpls 
The location is in Dinkytown, very close to the U. at 604 5th St. SE Minneapolis, MN 55414 
Because I will move to other place, and I had paid for the Sep. So you can just contact with me. 
It is very suitable for those newcomers who want to find a long term house, because it can be paid by weekly.
