   Hi,

The housing is a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a 2 
bedroom/2 bathroom apt in University Village. 
It is available from May 
17th to August 31st. (If you want to sublease it, you need to pay the 
rent of three months plus half of the tenant change fee which is $50.) 
There is also $300 deposit (it is for the University Village and you can 
get it back when you move out). The original price is $749 but I have 
cut the price by 40% so you can have this very nice apt for as low as 
$449 per month. Moreover, I will pay the rent of May so the second half of 
May will be free for you! 

The rent includes everything (water, trash, heat, internet, electricity)
 except TV and parking (however, indoor parking is available). 

You will have your own full-sized washer and dryer in your bathroom. You
 will also have a large living room and a nice kitchen with new 
appliances. 

It is a spacious room so you can put an extra bed into it then two 
persons can live together and you two may share the rent.

Fitness room, tanning room, game room and study room with free printing 
are available in the building.

The bus stops of 16 and 50 are right in front of the building. You can get to the university in 8 minutes by walking and 3
 minutes by bus.
